These Website Terms of Use govern use of commercialflooringsupply.com (the “Site”), operated by Commercial Flooring Supply, LLC (“CFS,” “we,” or “our”). The separate Terms of Sale govern purchases confirmed by CFS. Using this Site does not create a supplier account, credit relationship, agency, franchise, or guarantee that material is available.
Product information, pricing and availability
The Site provides product information, published material-price estimates, sample requests, saved quote carts and ways to request pricing. All displayed amounts and stock statements are subject to confirmation of specifications, carton coverage, quantities, customer eligibility, applicable taxes, freight, accessorial fees, availability and lead times. A submitted cart or form does not create an accepted purchase order, reserve inventory or establish final contract terms. At launch, the quote-request checkout collects no online payment.
Product appearance and project suitability
Product photographs, screen renderings and small samples may differ from delivered flooring because of lighting, monitor settings and manufacturing or dye-lot variations. Before approving a formal order or installing flooring, review the exact material sample, current manufacturer specifications, installation and maintenance directions, and any written warranty applicable to the intended use. Additional project overage or special installation conditions may be needed.
Saved carts and communications
When you choose “Email My Quote Cart,” we send your requested private restoration link, retain a private saved-cart project-interest record and notify authorized staff for follow-up about your saved selections. The return link generally expires within 14 days; anybody holding the link may be able to access the saved selections, so treat it as private. Saving a cart does not reserve stock or price and is not a formal quotation or a marketing subscription. See our Privacy Policy for further detail. Do not provide sensitive financial, health or identification information in project notes.
Accuracy, quotations and links
Product descriptions, stock indicators, availability dates, online estimates, calculators and other Site materials may contain errors and can be corrected. CFS will confirm essential commercial details in writing before accepting a purchase; requests do not lock prices or reserve product. Website links to third parties do not create a CFS endorsement or transfer control over their content, privacy practices or services.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate information where requested and protect your credentials and restoration links. Do not impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Site, upload unlawful content or obtain restricted supplier pricing or sourcing records. We may limit access in response to abuse or security risks, subject to applicable law.
Intellectual property and third-party links
Site content, designs, software and CFS branding are owned by CFS or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer names and product marks belong to their owners. You may use Site content for ordinary product and project research but may not imply ownership or endorsement. External websites operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Updates and legal rights
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised date. No provision here restricts rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be waived. Specific sales, payment, risk-of-loss, warranty and dispute provisions, when applicable, appear in the accepted written commercial documents and Terms of Sale.
