Move from search to real products
Compare stocked commercial LVP/SPC and selected laminate colors, specifications, carton coverage, published pricing and samples without waiting for a quote.
CFS helps retailers, contractors, designers and project teams choose flooring by store zone, buy appropriate stocked products online, and organize larger openings or refresh programs around product, pricing, documentation and schedule.
Compare stocked commercial LVP/SPC and selected laminate colors, specifications, carton coverage, published pricing and samples without waiting for a quote.
Entrances, sales floors, checkout queues, fitting rooms and stockrooms can have different traffic, moisture, cleaning and design requirements.
For chains and multi-site projects, organize the approved specification, quantities, destinations and opening dates so later releases do not restart product selection.
Retail flooring searches often carry strong product intent, and CFS can meet that intent with actual inventory. These are real stocked products with public pricing, carton coverage, sample actions and online purchasing. If the store or rollout qualifies for another pricing lane, the same product can move into CFS Pro or project review without forcing the buyer to start over.

Retail store flooring works best when the store is treated as several operating zones. The entrance takes concentrated soil and moisture; the sales floor has customer traffic and fixture resets; the checkout area concentrates queues and carts; back-of-house areas see deliveries and rolling loads. Start with the space, then choose the flooring system that fits it.
Evaluate tracked-in moisture and soil, entry mats, transitions, storefront exposure, cleanability and the visual connection between the entrance and main sales floor.
Balance appearance with customer circulation, fixtures, cleaning and future merchandising changes. LVP/SPC, glue-down LVT, tile and other systems may all be considered depending on the concept.
Queue rails, carts, employee standing, spills and repeated foot traffic can make this zone more demanding than nearby low-traffic display areas.
Selected retail concepts may use softer or quieter flooring here to create a different feel from the primary circulation path.
Dollies, cartons, deliveries, spills and service traffic can justify a different flooring construction from the customer-facing sales floor.
Food, floral, service-counter and other specialty zones may introduce wet conditions, aggressive cleaning or traction requirements that call for a dedicated system.
Flooring is one of the largest visual surfaces in a store. Wood, stone, concrete and textile visuals can support the brand, while changes in material or pattern can help define departments, queues, feature areas and circulation. The selected finish should also be reviewed under the actual lighting and next to fixtures, millwork and merchandising finishes.
Retail is rarely static. Fixtures move, departments reset and stores refresh. A practical flooring plan should anticipate those changes instead of fitting only the opening-day layout.
Use physical samples with the store lighting, millwork, fixtures and adjacent finishes before approving a multi-location standard. A digital visual can narrow the direction; the physical product should confirm it.
Review the CFS Sample ProgramCFS stocks selected resilient flooring and commercial laminate online and can project-source additional commercial retail flooring. The material decision should follow the traffic, substrate, cleaning, moisture, design and installation requirements of the zone.
A retail project can have an excellent flooring specification and still fail operationally if material, substrate work or installation misses the store schedule. Before flooring is released, confirm existing conditions, demolition, preparation, fixture sequencing, delivery access, receiving windows and the date the store has to open.
For an occupied refresh, phased work may be needed to keep part of the store usable. For a new build-out, flooring should be coordinated with millwork, gondolas, displays and final merchandising so finished surfaces are not repeatedly handled or damaged.
Send Retail Project DetailsEarly estimates are useful for planning. Final quantities and installation requirements should be confirmed before ordering.
For chains, franchises and regional operators, the goal is consistency without pretending inventory or freight never changes. Build the program around an approved product or project specification, then keep each location tied to that same record while current availability, quantity, freight and schedule are confirmed for the release.
Record the exact CFS product or project-sourced specification, color, construction and applicable documentation.
Keep quantities tied to each location or phase rather than treating an entire rollout as one undifferentiated material total.
Project ZIP, access, receiving windows and opening dates help determine the practical sourcing and delivery path.
If the retailer wants reserve material, make it a deliberate program decision based on the product, store needs and storage capacity.
Stocked LVP/SPC and selected commercial laminate can be purchased online in full cartons at published pricing. Approved professional buyers can sign in for CFS Pro pricing, while qualifying projects beginning at 18,000+ sq ft can be reviewed separately for project/volume, truckload, sourcing and landed-cost options. Project-sourced carpet tile, VCT, tile and other specified systems can be reviewed alongside stocked products.

Use sample actions on stocked products to evaluate color and visual direction. Project-sourced categories can be coordinated during the quote process.
Confirm shortlisted retail colors and finishes with exact product samples and current product documents before release.
Use the CFS contractor marketplace to browse flooring contractors or submit an upcoming retail store flooring project for installer matching.
For final specifications, use the selected manufacturer’s current product documents, installation instructions and the requirements of the project team. CFS can help organize applicable documentation for stocked and project-sourced flooring.
