Commercial Flooring by the Container

Source commercial-grade LVP and SPC, glue-down LVT, and commercial laminate for apartment communities, portfolios, and large commercial projects. CFS combines 20 mil+ vinyl specifications, a shorter Panama-to-U.S. supply route, and project-specific landed pricing—then coordinates delivery to your warehouse or project site.

THE CONTAINER BUYER'S DECISION

Quality, speed and landed cost are the comparison.

The lowest material number is not a better deal when it is based on a thinner wear layer, a slower supply route or a different duty burden. CFS builds the quote around equivalent commercial specifications and the total delivered program.

01

Commercial quality from the start

Vinyl programs begin with 20 mil wear layers. Compare like-for-like on wear layer, total thickness, construction, locking system, warranty and commercial documentation—not against a lower-spec residential product that only looks less expensive.

02

A shorter supply route

Our Panama production facility provides a shorter regional supply route. After an order is ready to ship, Panama-to-U.S.-port transit is typically approximately two to three weeks, subject to vessel schedules, port routing and availability.

03

A more competitive cost structure

Qualifying Panama-origin products may have lower exposure to China-specific Section 301 duties. Combined with the shorter route, that can create better landed-cost potential without reducing the commercial specification.

COMPARE THE QUOTE, NOT JUST THE NUMBER

Why the Panama route matters

CFS is not asking a buyer to accept a cheaper product. The program is designed to compare an equivalent commercial product, then evaluate the supply route, duty position, port and inland delivery as one landed quote.

  • Specification first: select the wear layer, construction and commercial performance required for the project.
  • Regional ocean route: shorten the distance between manufacturing and the U.S. market.
  • Project-specific economics: review material, freight and applicable duty exposure together.
  • One destination plan: route through the practical U.S. port and onward to the receiving location.
PROGRAM SIZE & PRODUCT FIT

One container—or an entire portfolio.

Approximately 18,000 square feet is the planning threshold, not a fixed capacity promise. Construction, thickness, carton weight and loading requirements determine the actual square footage per container.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Container flooring program FAQs

What project size fits a container flooring program?
Approximately 18,000 square feet is the starting planning benchmark. Actual container capacity varies by product construction, thickness, carton weight and loading requirements, so every program is quoted for the selected product and destination.
Which flooring products can be ordered by the container?
CFS can evaluate commercial LVP and SPC, glue-down LVT and commercial laminate for container and multi-container programs. Product availability, commercial specifications and capacity are confirmed for each request.
How long does shipping from Panama take?
After the order is ready to ship, Panama-to-U.S.-port transit can typically be approximately two to three weeks, subject to vessel schedules, port routing and availability. Production timing is reviewed separately for each program.
Can the flooring be delivered to a warehouse or project site?
Yes. CFS can quote delivery through the practical U.S. port and onward to the buyer's warehouse or project site. The final route depends on destination, receiving conditions and freight availability.
Is a Panama program always cheaper than China-origin flooring?
No blanket savings claim applies to every product or project. Qualifying Panama-origin products may have a more favorable China-specific Section 301 duty position, and the shorter supply route can improve landed-cost potential. CFS confirms the actual product, freight and pricing for each quote.
