Published stocked price
Useful for immediate product comparison and smaller orders.
CFS keeps stocked material pricing visible, then separates professional account pricing, larger-project review, freight and landed-cost decisions. Buy by the carton, build repeat purchasing around known SKUs, or move qualifying volume into a different procurement lane.
These products show the public baseline. Professional account pricing and project pricing remain separate so buyers can compare the correct lane without pretending every order has the same economics.

Useful for immediate product comparison and smaller orders.
Authenticated account pricing for approved professional buyers.
Quantity, destination, timing and sourcing reviewed together for larger jobs.
Cartons, freight, delivery services, tax and receiving conditions determine the true comparison.

To compare supply channels honestly, include carton coverage, waste, freight, delivery type, appointments, liftgate or limited-access requirements, taxes and the written quote validity period.
Repeat buyers need a purchasing record that survives beyond the first order. Keep the exact SKU, color, construction, carton coverage, current price lane and delivery assumptions tied to the account or project. That reduces the risk that a reorder is based on a photograph, an old sample name or a remembered square-foot number that no longer matches the current product record.
Dealers and installers may care about blind fulfillment and protecting the customer relationship. Property operators may care more about standardizing a turn product and estimating reserve material. General contractors and developers may focus on schedule, destination, receiving and staged releases. The procurement page is designed around those differences rather than around a generic definition of the category.
For very large opportunities, material price should be reviewed with freight, timing and destination. A lower ex-warehouse price is not automatically a lower landed cost. CFS keeps those components visible as the request moves from stocked-carton buying into account or project review.
For repeat purchasing, record the exact product identifier and construction along with the color. Similar visual names can exist across different thicknesses, formats or collections, and availability can change over time. A controlled product record gives purchasing, estimating and field teams a common reference.
Before a large reorder, confirm current availability, carton coverage, freight assumptions and whether the project still belongs in the same pricing lane. If the buyer is substituting a product, treat that as a new technical and visual approval rather than assuming a close color is an equivalent specification.
Published price remains visible. CFS Pro is an account lane. 18,000+ sq ft projects can enter separate project / volume review. Keep the same product context as the quantity changes.
