For buyers, specifiers and repeat purchasers
CFS Pro Account
Apply for a CFS Pro Account to create a more supported commercial flooring buying experience. Approved accounts can receive authenticated account pricing, project-specific alternatives, sample and specification support, landed quotes and help coordinating repeat purchases across locations.
Contractors, installers, general contractors and builders
Architects, designers and specification professionals
Dealers, retailers and showrooms
Property management, multifamily and facility teams
CFS also needs dependable commercial installers to support buyers who request labor. Qualified installation companies can apply to become eligible for project introductions in the service areas and product systems they cover.
Commercial experience and defined service territory
Approved CFS Pro Accounts can request physical sample binders organized around the stocked product families they actually specify and sell. The concept is simple: full color ranges, clear wear-layer and format references, and a practical set that can move from the office to the client meeting or jobsite.
Binder configurations, eligibility and fulfillment terms remain subject to final production approval.

How the two programs connect
Better buying support—and qualified installation coverage when a project needs it.
A designer may specify the product, a contractor may purchase it through a CFS Pro Account, and a property team may need help locating an installer. CFS keeps those roles distinct: CFS Pro supports professional purchasing, while the Installer Network helps CFS respond when a buyer specifically asks for installation coverage.
SEPARATE APPROVAL PATHS
CFS Pro Pricing Is Not the Same as Credit Terms or Tax Status
CFS keeps each approval independent so buyers can understand exactly what has been granted.
Approved CFS Pro Pricing
Account-specific material pricing appears after secure sign-in. Approval does not automatically create credit terms or tax exemption.
Project & Volume Pricing
Qualifying projects beginning at 18,000+ sq ft can request volume, truckload, or sourcing review whether or not the buyer has a CFS Pro Account.
Credit / Payment Terms
Any production credit terms require a separate application, order history, and credit review. They are not promised with CFS Pro approval.
Resale / Tax Exemption
Tax status requires valid jurisdiction-specific documentation and remains separate from account pricing.
