Does submitting reserve inventory or lock pricing?

No. Submission does not reserve inventory, collect payment, or finalize an order. The issued written quote states availability, freight, applicable conditions, and its validity period.

Are samples included automatically?

No. Samples are $5 with free ground shipping, overnight service available at additional cost, and the sample charge credited to the first flooring order. Add stocked-product samples through the product or samples page.

Do I need exact square footage?

No. A close estimate and delivery ZIP are enough to begin review. Final carton quantities should use the selected product coverage and an appropriate waste allowance before approval.
