Before you submit
What happens after I submit?
You receive a reference number immediately. CFS reviews the product, freight, receiving, tax, and documentation details and issues the written project quote within 24 hours.
Does submitting reserve inventory or lock pricing?
No. Submission does not reserve inventory, collect payment, or finalize an order. The issued written quote states availability, freight, applicable conditions, and its validity period.
Are samples included automatically?
No. Free samples of eligible stocked flooring can be added separately through product cards or the Samples page. Include your shipping details when submitting your quote.
Do I need exact square footage?
No. A close estimate and delivery ZIP are enough to begin review. Final carton quantities should use the selected product coverage and an appropriate waste allowance before approval.
