What Your Pricing Review Can Include

A Clear Pricing Path for the Way You Buy

  • CFS Pro account pricing: Approved professional buyers can be reviewed for account-specific material pricing and repeat-purchase support.
  • Volume and project pricing: Qualifying projects beginning at 18,000 square feet can be reviewed for volume, truckload or sourcing opportunities.
  • Landed freight review: Destination, delivery requirements and freight are evaluated with the material order so the project can be budgeted as a landed transaction.
  • Availability and documentation: Product availability, accessories, specifications and supporting documents can be reviewed with the pricing request.

CFS Pro account pricing and project-volume pricing are separate paths. A professional buyer can qualify for CFS Pro without an 18,000-square-foot order, and an owner, HOA, institution or developer can request project pricing without becoming a CFS Pro Account. Select both when both situations apply.

How bulk flooring pricing works

Bulk flooring pricing should start with the buying situation, not a generic discount claim. CFS uses one request to determine whether the opportunity fits CFS Pro account pricing, qualifying project-volume pricing, or both.

For CFS Pro, the review is based on the professional purchasing relationship and the support the account needs. For a qualifying 18,000+ square foot project, the review is based on product, quantity, destination, timing, availability, freight and sourcing requirements. Those paths can overlap, but they are evaluated independently.

Published material pricing remains available on stocked products as a transparent baseline, but it is not the reason to submit this form. The value of the review is determining whether account or project pricing applies and assembling the material, freight, availability and documentation information needed to move the order forward.

CFS does not advertise public discount percentages. The applicable pricing path can vary by product, quantity, freight lane, timing and sourcing method, so the objective is a clear purchasing path and an understandable landed transaction rather than a universal percentage.

CFS Pro and volume pricing questions

How does bulk flooring pricing work?
CFS publishes wholesale material pricing on stocked products. Professionals can apply for a CFS Pro Account, while qualifying projects beginning at 18,000 square feet can request volume, truckload or direct-sourcing review. Freight and project requirements are evaluated separately so the buyer can see the landed cost.
Do I need to be a trade professional to request volume flooring pricing?
No. HOAs, property owners, institutions, developers and other project buyers can request volume pricing for qualifying one-time purchases. CFS Pro status and project volume are separate qualification paths.
Is freight included in the published product price?
No. Published product prices are material prices. A landed quote identifies freight to the destination ZIP and any applicable delivery requirements before the order is finalized.
Can I request product binders with a CFS Pro application?
Yes. CFS Pro applicants can record interest in product binders and sample kits. Binder eligibility, contents and fulfillment terms are reviewed with the CFS Pro Account and remain subject to final program approval.
CLEAR, SEPARATE APPROVALS

Know Exactly Which Pricing or Account Approval You Have

CFS keeps pricing, credit and tax approvals independent so one approval is never mistaken for another.

Approved CFS Pro Pricing

Account-specific material pricing appears after secure sign-in. Approval does not automatically create credit terms or tax exemption.

Project & Volume Pricing

Qualifying projects beginning at 18,000+ sq ft can request volume, truckload, or sourcing review whether or not the buyer has a CFS Pro Account.

Credit / Payment Terms

Any production credit terms require a separate application, order history, and credit review. They are not promised with CFS Pro approval.

Resale / Tax Exemption

Tax status requires valid jurisdiction-specific documentation and remains separate from account pricing.
