What we collect

Quote and order information you submit (name, company, contact details, project details, uploaded plans), plus standard website analytics. We collect what a supplier needs to quote and fulfill orders — nothing exotic.

How it’s used

To prepare quotes, fulfill orders, arrange freight, provide support, and send project-related follow-up. Suppliers and carriers receive only the information required to fulfill your order (ship-to details — never your pricing).

What we don’t do

We do not sell customer information, and supplier partners are contractually barred from soliciting customers introduced through CFS.

Retention and requests

Order records are retained for accounting and warranty purposes. To review or delete your information, contact us and we’ll process the request within 30 days, subject to records we’re required to keep.
