How we operate

No warehouse theater and no showroom markup: stocked material moves from U.S.-based stocking locations to your warehouse or project site. Published per-square-foot wholesale pricing is visible on stocked SKUs; trade professionals can request CFS Pro account pricing, and qualifying larger projects can request volume and landed pricing. Every quote includes trims, adhesives, freight to your ZIP, and the submittal documentation packet — samples are $5 with free ground shipping, overnight service available at additional cost, and the sample charge credited on your first order. Payment is straightforward: 50% deposit, balance before release, net terms after history.

What we won’t do

We won’t quote products we can’t document (every listed SKU carries specs, warranty, FloorScore certification, and ASTM references), we won’t hide freight inside a padded per-foot price, and we won’t sell you our product where a different one belongs — the restaurant page tells you plainly that the fryer line wants quarry tile, not our plank.
